Shipping Options and Costs When Purchasing through the Website:

$10 Flat Rate Shipping! Free on all orders over $100

Shipment Times

  • After we receive and confirm your order, in stock items are shipped withing a maximum of 2 business days and generally arrive within 7 to 30 business days, since the delivery times depend on destinations. All orders are shipped in Regular Certified Mail via Argentina Post (www.http://www.correoargentino.com.ar/)
  • Deliveries cannot be made on Fridays/Saturdays, on holiday eves and bank holidays.

Tracking Your Order:

After making your purchase, an email message confirming execution of the transaction will be sent to you within 48 hours of completing the purchase transaction on the website. If your order is valid, an additional message will be sent to you with an order confirmation and a tracking number.

miyokids.com will not be liable or responsible for any damage, loss or delay due to a default or failure in shipment. miyokids.com is not rsponsable for any delays caused by matters not under its full direct control, including without limitation due to destination customs clearance processes, delays caused by the shipping company etc.

miyokids.com is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Returns

Return or Exchange of Items Purchased through the Site:

You can exchange or return any item you purchased through the site within 14 days of the date you received it.

Items must be in brand new condition, with original tags attached. After receiving a return number, you may ship the items back to us, shipping costs on your behalf. 

The return must be sent back within 14 days of the moment you received the item.  Returns should be sent in certified mail (with tracking number).

Terms for Return or Exchange of Items Purchased through the Site:

In order to return a product, you must return the product to miyokids.com along with the original invoice, In addition:

·         Clothing items must not have been used at all and must bear the label attached to them.

·         According to law, undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged.

·         We cannot allow return/exchange of an item that was used or whose package was opened.

Receiving Credit for Return of an Item:

You can receive a miyokids credit, or a refund to the paypal account with which the transaction was executed. The credit for an item that was purchased through the site will be executed within 21 business days of returning the item. We will cancel the transaction and will recredit your paypal account.

Returns & Refunds on Sales items:

Please note that all sales of Sale items (those displaying a reduced price) are final. No exchange, credit note or refund will be offered against Sale purchases and the Returns, Refunds and Exchanges conditions will not apply.
